Welcome to Cash-Flux. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cash-Flux website (the "Site"), operated by Cash-Flux ("we", "us", or "our") and any related services offered by us.
By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Site.

We strive to display our Products and their colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer or device's display of any color will be accurate. We reserve the right to modify Product descriptions and prices at any time.
By placing an order through our Site, you are making an offer to purchase the Products in accordance with these Terms. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason.
All prices displayed on the Site are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made at the time of order using one of our accepted payment methods. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use the payment method.
We ship to addresses within Canada only. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for Products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for delays once Products have been handed to the shipping carrier.
Our return and refund policy is available on our Site. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Certain Products, such as custom or personalized items, may not be eligible for return.
The Site and its original Content, features, and functionality are owned by Cash-Flux and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Site, except as follows:

THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY WARRANTIES WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
IN NO EVENT WILL CASH-FLUX, ITS AFFILIATES OR THEIR LICENSORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OFFICERS, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, ANY WEBSITES LINKED TO IT, ANY CONTENT ON THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES OR ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SITE OR SUCH OTHER WEBSITES, INCLUDING ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY, PAIN AND SUFFERING, EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, LOSS OF REVENUE, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR ANTICIPATED SAVINGS, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF GOODWILL, LOSS OF DATA, AND WHETHER CAUSED BY TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), BREACH OF CONTRACT OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF FORESEEABLE.
THE FOREGOING DOES NOT AFFECT ANY LIABILITY WHICH CANNOT BE EXCLUDED OR LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Cash-Flux, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site, including, but not limited to, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.
These Terms and any disputes relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the Province of Ontario.
We may revise and update these Terms from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
If any provision of these Terms is held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent such that the remaining provisions of the Terms will continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference herein constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Cash-Flux with respect to the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, with respect to the Site.
